Nikolai Y. Beliaev was born in 1916. He is Honoured artist of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. He’s got systematic art education  in Moscow Regional Art School named after memory of 1905. Since 1941 the artist works in the War Artists Studio named after M.B. Grekov. Nikolai Y. Beliaev is physically challenged after World War II,  painter and graphic artist. The picture “Soviet children” is acquired by State Russian Museum, artist’s works are included to the collection of the main museums of the country and to the private collections.
